Dust Collection System

Dust collection system comprises of a blower, dust filter, a filter-cleaning system, and a dust receptacle or dust removal system. These high efficiency dust collectors vary from 2 tons to 40 tons and meet the requirement of pollution control board manufacturing.

Dust collection system is a dry-type dust filtering machine.It is widely used for collectoring fine,dry and non-fibrous dust.Textile filter cloth or non-textile needle felt is used for the filter bags.

When dust air enters into the Dust collection system,big and heavy particles sediment by gravity and fall into the ash hopper,while air with fine dust gets filtered and cleaned when passes through the filter bags, fine dust is blocked on the surface of the filter bags and then fall into the ash hopper under the action of impulse.
