Core Shooting Machine

Core Shooting Machine using solid four column frame structure, the middle for blowing sand/location, the front for the core location. By blowing the top frame, mobile cover, the core box of hoisting mechanism, core box at the bottom of the mobile mechanism, framework and folding screen, etc, is a kind of open type, convenient cleaning and maintenance of the equipment .

This is a kind of Core Shooting Machine, you can choose coated resin sand(dry) or furan resin sand(wet). Shoot the sand into the mould cavity, and through the heating of the mould, it could make out the sand mould or the shell mould at the soonest.

Features                        

1. Parting vertically, shooting sand in double sides possible, box frame                         

    turning by 180° to dump out residual sand.                        

2. Moving mould turning down by 90°,  pick-core cart picking core, the                          

    lifting height of pick-core can be adjusted.                        

3. Shooting head can move forwards and backwards, automatic feeding                         

    sand,  shooting plate needs no water cooling.                         

4. Based on no-touch proximity switch, optional Omron or Mitsubishi PLC,                         

    other optional elements according to customers' need.                        

5. Hydraulic driving controlled by magnetic valves to ensure operation                         

smooth and reliable.
